Frequently Asked Questions

What is Royal Empire Children's Books?

Royal Empire Children's Books is a digital reading platform featuring original children's stories, realistic illustrations, recurring characters, Parent Corner resources, and family discussion prompts.

Who are The Core Six?

The Core Six are the six foundation characters of the Royal Empire Children's Books universe: Zoë Simone Carter, Kai Alexander Carter, Rhyon Noelle Brooks, Amaya Nicole Ellis, Dylan Nicholas Hawkins, and Isaiah Benjamin Bennett. Each child receives their own introduction story and continues appearing throughout the Crown Hill universe.

What age group are the stories for?

The first phase is designed primarily for children ages 4–8. Parents and guardians should use their judgment when deciding whether a story is appropriate for their child's reading and emotional-development level.

Do children create accounts?

No. Accounts and paid memberships are created and controlled by adults who are at least 18 years old. Children do not create profiles, submit personal information, or manage subscriptions.

Can I read without creating an account?

Selected free stories may be available without a paid membership. Certain features, such as saved reading progress, favorites, and membership access, may require an adult-controlled account.

Are the first six books free?

The first six introductory stories featuring The Core Six are planned as free-access stories. Additional stories and premium resources require an active paid membership unless otherwise stated.

What does a paid membership include?

Depending on the membership plan, paid access may include the complete digital story library, new story releases, members-only Parent Corner articles, saved reading progress, favorites, related story and article recommendations, and future premium resources. Membership benefits may grow over time.

What is a Founding Membership?

Founding Membership is a limited early-supporter offer. The Founding price remains locked while the subscription stays continuously active and successfully paid. If the membership is canceled, expires, or ends because of nonpayment, the Founding price is lost.

How many Founding Memberships are available?

Founding Membership is limited to the first 50 paid members, unless Royal Empire announces a different limit. After the limit is reached, new customers will see the standard membership options.

How are payments processed?

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Royal Empire does not store complete payment-card numbers.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Monthly and annual memberships may be canceled through the account subscription settings or Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Membership payments are generally nonrefundable because access to digital content begins after purchase. Limited exceptions may be considered for duplicate charges, incorrect charges, verified unauthorized charges, certain unresolved technical failures, or situations required by law. Please review the full Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Can I share my account?

Memberships are intended for private household use. Login information should not be shared outside the household. Schools, libraries, daycare centers, and other organizations may require a separate license if organizational access becomes available.

Can teachers use the books in class?

Free stories may be used for personally supervised classroom reading where permitted by the platform's terms. A personal membership should not be used for unrestricted school-wide or organization-wide access. Educator plans and classroom resources may be introduced later.

Are these books animated?

No. The stories are designed as premium digital picture books with realistic illustrations and a page-by-page reading experience. Parents and children read and swipe through the story together.

Are there games or advertisements?

The core reading experience is not built around games, points, autoplay, or distracting advertisements. The story and family reading experience remain the focus.

What is Crown Talk?

Crown Talk is the reflection section at the end of each story. It helps parents, guardians, teachers, and children discuss the character's experience and connect the lesson to real life.

What is the Parent Corner?

The Parent Corner includes articles and resources related to themes covered in the stories, such as confidence, friendship, responsibility, communication, emotional development, and learning from mistakes.

Will physical books be available?

Royal Empire Children's Books is launching digital-first. Paperback, hardcover, audiobook, and other formats may be released later.

Can I download or print the books?

Books may be read through the Royal Empire Children's Books platform. Downloading, printing, recording, redistributing, or reproducing stories is not permitted unless a specific feature or written authorization allows it.

Can I submit a story idea or artwork?

Royal Empire does not currently accept child submissions, artwork uploads, or unsolicited manuscripts through the platform. Future community opportunities may be announced separately.

How often will new stories be released?

The release schedule will depend on writing, illustration, production, and quality review. New releases will be announced through the website and available email updates.

What devices can I use?

The platform is designed for tablets, iPads, smartphones, laptops, and desktop computers. For the best shared-reading experience, a tablet or iPad may be preferred.

What should I do if the site is not working?

Try refreshing the page, checking your internet connection, signing out and back in, or trying another supported browser. Unresolved technical issues may be reported to support@royalempire.shop.

Who operates Royal Empire Children's Books?

Royal Empire Children's Books is operated by Royal Empire Lifestyle, LLC.
