Royal Empire Children's Books is designed for families and children, but all accounts and paid memberships are owned and controlled by adults.
We do not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children under 13.

- Photograph
- Video
- Voice recording
- Artwork containing identifying information

The current platform does not provide:

- Voice submissions
- Photo submissions
- Public sharing by children
Reading progress, favorites, saved articles, subscription information, and account preferences belong to the adult account.
If we learn that personal information was submitted directly by a child without appropriate parental involvement, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Parents and guardians may contact support@royalempire.shop with questions or deletion requests.
Before introducing any future feature involving child profiles, names, ages, birthdays, photos, voices, artwork uploads, messaging, personalized child accounts, precise location, or public sharing, Royal Empire will review the feature for applicable children's privacy requirements.
The FTC explains that child-directed commercial services collecting personal information from children may be required to notify parents and obtain verifiable parental consent.

We may collect information that an adult voluntarily provides, including:

Royal Empire does not receive or store your complete card number.

We do not use reading progress to create advertising profiles directed to children.

Royal Empire does not knowingly sell or share children's personal information for targeted advertising.
Royal Empire does not provide personal account information to advertisers for child-directed behavioral advertising.
11. Legal and Safety Disclosures

Account deletion does not automatically create a refund.
If an active subscription exists, the adult should also cancel the subscription through the provided subscription-management tools.
